If you've looked closely at Lungora's Supplement Facts panel, you'll notice something specific: Magnesium is listed with its own line and its own number (80mg, 19% DV), while five other ingredients are grouped together under a single "Proprietary Blend, 575mg" heading with no individual amounts.
This isn't arbitrary. Supplement labeling rules require ingredients with an established Daily Value — like magnesium, a well-studied essential mineral — to be listed individually with their amount and percentage of that Daily Value. Ingredients without an established DV, including most botanical extracts like Turmeric or Butcher's Broom, have more flexibility to be combined into a blend.
You can say with confidence that each Lungora capsule contains 80mg of Magnesium Glycinate. You cannot say with confidence how much Alpha Lipoic Acid, Butcher's Broom, L-Carnitine, Turmeric extract, or CoQ10 you're getting — only that all five combined, plus the magnesium, add up to 575mg total.
