Lungora is marketed as a "Lung Cleanse Formula," so it's fair to ask: how many of its six ingredients actually have research pointing at respiratory health specifically, versus general wellness?
Turmeric's curcumin content has the broadest anti-inflammatory research base of the six, which is relevant to airway inflammation generally, though not respiratory-specific in most of the underlying studies. Butcher's Broom's circulation research is the other ingredient with a plausible, if indirect, tie-in.
Alpha Lipoic Acid, L-Carnitine, and CoQ10 are all cellular-energy and antioxidant ingredients with research spanning many areas of health — none of the three has a research base centered on lungs or airways specifically. Magnesium, similarly, supports hundreds of bodily functions but isn't a lung-targeted ingredient on its own.
Calling this formula "lung-focused" is more a positioning choice than a description of where the ingredient research concentrates. That doesn't make the ingredients bad choices for a general wellness formula — it just means the "lung cleanse" framing is doing more marketing work than the ingredient list strictly supports.
